“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.”

“Went here with a group of friends and had one of those nights you talk about for years. The food was absolutely top notch — seriously, do not skip the fish sandwich, it was next-level OMG! The vibe was fun, welcoming, and energetic without feeling chaotic. I felt accepted. Karaoke took the night to another level with the competition, and had everyone laughing, singing, and just having a blast. You can tell the staff and owners truly take pride in this place — the service was great, the atmosphere felt intentional, and it honestly felt like they wanted everyone there to have a good time. From the food to the music to the people, everything just clicked. We’ll never forget the night we had and will 100% be back.”

She broke out conversation with me and knew exactly how to change me from being annoyed to being friendly. They definitely picked a great gm and she was working and helping out just like the employees.”

“I ordered a custom buffalo chicken pizza for delivery and it was absolutely perfect. Literally zero complaints. The ratio of ingredients was fantastic and every bite had an amazing crisp from the crust. I could tell straight away from how the buffalo sauce was drizzled over the pizza in such a purposeful, artistic way it was going to be good. I didn’t expect a pizza from Domino’s to be this fantastic. I called and gave my appreciation to the individual who made the pizza. I didn’t get her name nor her position but hats off as it is very obvious you care about what you produce and your craft which I truly, greatly appreciate. 10/10 will be ordering from this location again. Thank you kindly”

“I come here maybe 3 times a week and get the same sandwich. I had an issue one time where I did not get the extra meat that I paid for. I called and spoke with Mark and he said to just bring receipt in to refund me the extra meat. A few days later I drove in and he took care of my refund for it. My sub is alwsys fresh and thats why I come back every week. Yes the kiosk is closed some evenings, but if youre short staffed you gotta do what ya can. Can't work store and drive thru alone. I love subway. And they also take my coupons, that arent expired!”
