“What an experience! Friendly, welcoming, and warm are a few adjectives I would use. Jesus’ light shines through them and the food is great. When I go back I will ask for sauce on the side because I like to dip my ribs in sauce. Great place to have a beautiful experience!?”

“My favorite Chinese restaurants are those small, quaint, hidden gems. China castle is certainly that. The food was delicious, the employees kind and efficient, prices were reasonable and affordable, and the restaurant itself was clean but small. They have minimal seating for dining in which is fine since most of us generally do take out. This is a family business and I see the Chinese culture in their dedication to quality and honor. As I ate I was fortunate to see them all working together in cooperation and cohesiveness. Would totally recommend China Castle”

“Went here with a group of friends and had one of those nights you talk about for years. The food was absolutely top notch — seriously, do not skip the fish sandwich, it was next-level OMG! The vibe was fun, welcoming, and energetic without feeling chaotic. I felt accepted. Karaoke took the night to another level with the competition, and had everyone laughing, singing, and just having a blast. You can tell the staff and owners truly take pride in this place — the service was great, the atmosphere felt intentional, and it honestly felt like they wanted everyone there to have a good time. From the food to the music to the people, everything just clicked. We’ll never forget the night we had and will 100% be back.”

“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.”

“The food was good but a little pricey for the serving size and what it was. Servers attentive but I found my drink glass empty more than once with me looking for someone to take it.”

“The reason for 1 star on service is that there wasn't any Cristmas day or the day after. I have absolutely no problem with the restaraunt being closed those days but I do have an issue with sitting at the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me and 3 cars behind. The lights were on, the outdoor menu was illuminated and the only sign showing you were closed was a small sign on the drive thru window. I would think you could put a sign on the menu or turn the menu off. Maybe the indoor lights too. I love the chicken here but question the management.”

“We rented the building connected to the ice cream that they rent. with package 3for a birthday party for my twins and it was so amazing! Very easy to work with very clean! They came and checked on us made sure we had everything we needed. Was a wonderful experience highly recommend if your looking for a meeting room or a place to throw a birthday party. 🥳”

She broke out conversation with me and knew exactly how to change me from being annoyed to being friendly. They definitely picked a great gm and she was working and helping out just like the employees.”

“The food was great, as usual, but our server was not as much. We were there well before the dinner rush and ordered the special, thinking that would be quick, but it took more than 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Then, 15 minutes after we asked for to-go boxes, I had to go get them myself.”
