Waited nearly 40 minutes and never got our food, The place was not even remotely busy, and we tried to talk to the manager, and he refused to come out of the kitchen. We are never going back.

The night manager went out of her way in making sure my bill was correct after much confusion due to incorrect order entry. I'll be going back to this restaurant.
The workers are bustling but they are majorly short staffed for the weekend brunch crowd. Hostess stand isn't staffed consistently because hostess is juggling register, carryout, and food runner. Register isn't staffed consistently because register person is juggling carryout, food runner, and checking on hostess stand. Management needs to step in to MANAGE flow of work & responsibilities. Also, my carryout was marked as finished but was not actually finished for another 10-15 minutes after that. Not sure if the system automatically moves orders to finished after certain amount of time or if a worker marked it as finished to cheat down long wait times in the system, but either way dishonest.

You really can't go wrong with breakfast at Bob Evans. It's one of the few remaining places where you can still get a good heart breakfast at a reasonable price.Is it going to knock your socks off and have you posting photos to your social media accounts? No, of course not. But you will get consistently good food without any frills that won't break the bank.

Summary: Poor Service ExperienceWe came in this Sunday afternoon around 2:30 and it looked like the staff was transitioning out of a busy breakfast service so I wouldn't expect things to be perfect but it took the servers, who were doing hostess duties, a long time to even acknowledge our arrival and seat us. I noticed that other tables received their biscuits and rolls before their food came but not ours. Then when our food came we had no silverware and then had to wait 2-4minutes, which feels like a long time when you have food sitting right in front of you. I also found 2-3 short black hairs on my egg plate, I did not say anything because we didn't need anymore chaos in our day.Needless to say I wish we had a better experience and I am sorry to say I would probably think twice about coming in again.

Went for a warm lunch on a chilly day. Met my friends there. One had breakfast, two of us had lunch menu, all were great. Bakery items were fresh.Parking: Plenty of close spaces.
