You really can't go wrong with breakfast at Bob Evans. It's one of the few remaining places where you can still get a good heart breakfast at a reasonable price.Is it going to knock your socks off and have you posting photos to your social media accounts? No, of course not. But you will get consistently good food without any frills that won't break the bank.
Went to enjoy a weekend breakfast and waited 10 minutes for a table. Tried the new caramel apple French toast and mostly enjoyed it. The apples are really, really sweet but the French toast was good. The home fries needed a lot of salt. The eggs were nice and fluffy and the bacon was very crispy. Cold brew tasted decent and the sweet cream is good in small doses.Service was great, restaurant was clean, paying was quick. Breakfast with drinks for two adults was ~$30 before tip.
