I don't understand how it's soo difficult to acknowledge a customer is in the drive thru. It's understandable if they're busy...but a simple welcome to KFC can you please wait isn't that difficult to say......this has happened multiple times and why I will no longer go to that location!!

This place is very gross I worked there for a little bit got let go over a altercation with my paycheck I’m not posting over that issue it’s really gross and would not spend money there ever also found a bed bug n walked into a very nasty kitchen left over night multiple times the only positive I will is the crew if u want screwed over on your money then perfect place for u to work I’ve never written a review about a workplace the owner does not care about the conditions or getting people their wages properly

watched yesterday as a toothless lady manager screamed at an elderly man in the drive thru. It was the most profanity laden tirade I have ever seen. Absolutely un called for. I will be calling corporate. That pathetic employee needs to be fired. No excuse for that behavior.

Tried to order online, website said payment didn't go through. Tried twice. Checked card online and I was charged 4 times. Went to store, they called KFC pymt services and verified they charged me 4 times, but for some reason the order did not come through to the store at all. Told me I have to call bank and dispute the charges, they can't help me. Here's the kicker, after we get off the phone with KFC credit card processor, store refused to give me my order unless I paid a 5th time because their system didn't work as we had just verified.

You need to fix your hours. Me and my husband order food from your location and when we got there to pick it up we find out that you are closed. So fix your hours that you are open. Thank the starts that we were able to get a full refund.

We just had the worst experience at Noblesville KFC we eat there all the time I was appalled at how my mother of 82 years was treated . Whoever was working had no patience we left without ordering . While my mom was ordering she took care of someone else. My niece was on the phone and put it on speaker so her son could hear . Totally unacceptable . They need to realize elderly people don't March to their beat of drum ! There's more I could say .

Stay away! Hard to believe this place is in business. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker (2/3 cars in front of me), and then sat waiting on an employee to take the order for 7+ minutes. Finally get to the window and see my order get packaged up, hand the employee a coupon, and then waited for a manager to ring up the coupon for over 7 minutes, at which point I asked for my coupon back and left. Meanwhile I watched another drive thru patron abandon the wait and go inside, who then walked out empty handed! Stay away!!
