Tried to order online, website said payment didn't go through. Tried twice. Checked card online and I was charged 4 times. Went to store, they called KFC pymt services and verified they charged me 4 times, but for some reason the order did not come through to the store at all. Told me I have to call bank and dispute the charges, they can't help me. I don't understand how it's soo difficult to acknowledge a customer is in the drive thru. It's understandable if they're busy...but a simple welcome to KFC can you please wait isn't that difficult to say......this has happened multiple times and why I will no longer go to that location!!
