Today I waited two hours for one pepperoni pizza.I guess the price you pay for cheap pizza is your time. You would think such a busy place would use some of those profits to hire more folks, or pay those folks more, or whatever is needed to get the food out the door. I know good help is hard to find, but many many other places manage to do it. It's unfortunate that after all this time -- years of poor reviews -- that nothing has improved here.And yet, it was swamped. It seems people will put up with a lot to save a few bucks. This place is the pizza equivalent to driving across town and waiting in line to save 10 cents a gallon on gas.There may be lines of people waiting for this pizza, as there were today, but I can safely say that I won't be among them, and you shouldn't be either. Life is precious, time equally so. You are worth more than that.

Their pizza is always really good and every employee in there I've ever seen works their hardest but they are always understaffed so #1 they don't have time to even come to the counter to hand you your pizza and #2 you can expect your food to take longer than the time they estimate on the app.

Waited in lobby 20 minutes after my food was ready, when I got it it was cold. Employees to busy chatting with friends to work and just letting friends hog counter and horse around with employee.

Hot, never ready pizza! If you have 20 minutes to spare for what is already a mediocre pizza, then this is the place for you! Legitimately better off popping into Kroger next door, and taking home a jacks to bake. Probably quicker too. I watched them hand out 4 different orders of people who came well after me (ordered 1 Pepperoni) . Only when I went in obviously upset, did they say "it's coming up now." No apology, no offer for a refund, not even a have a nice day. Granted I was pretty unpleasant at that point, regardless, never wasting my time or money here again.

Could use a little more emphasis on the "Hot and ready", but you could just order in advance, instead of waiting UNTIL you get there, and there could be more already cooked pizzas sitting in the oven ready.
This is the only pizza place I’ll go to. Sometimes it does take a while to get my food, especially when it’s busy, but the quality is consistently great. The staff is always friendly to me, especially Kat and Taylor. The pricing is also reasonable for what you’re getting.Vegetarian options: You can customize a pizza as a vegetarian, but the options aren’t very plentiful unfortunately.
