“My grandson and I decided to try Flat Top Grill for lunch during a shopping excursion. Neither of us had been here before, and by the time we left, we had figured out how it works. If we had loaded up our bowls like others we watched did, there's no way we could have eaten that much food, but we could have taken the leftovers home for another meal. Many people put vegetables in the bowl first and then fill it to overflowing with rice or noodles last. We were not sitting where we could see the sauces listed on the wall, and that list tells whether it is spicy or sweet, etc. We figured out we could have taken sauce samples to try them before putting them on the bowl. We did enjoy the taste and felt it was a somewhat healthy lunch, but a little pricey.“
