The subway in otterbein attached to the fullure foods itself is an awesome store. But the guy that has been working there most of the evenings is what makes my review go from a 5 star to a 2 star honestly. Reason being he doesn't change his gloves after dealing with money to making your sandwich..even when there was a line and he was making someone's sandwich in front of me he made 2 different sandwichs cashed 2 people out and started to make my sandwich all with the same pair...read full review
