I’ve been to this place a couple of times before posting my review. I and my hubby really like this place. Blu Moon is always fresh, tastes so good. We tried burgers here. I went for the March special teriyaki pineapple burger, and it was so tasty, fresh and juicy. My husband had bru burger. The other day we had salads, I chosen Valencia. It was so delicious. Mouth watering. My favorite so far.

Superb food and excellent service! You gotta try the chili cheese fries and the burgers are terrific. Come hungry cause the servings are LARGE! Then finish off with one of the truly delicious shakes!Kid-friendliness: Baby and 1 year old at the table next to us had a good time and the atmosphere of this restaurant was very welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy front door accessibility for wheel chair or walker and parking was close although not abundant.

Enjoyed a unique and decadent burger and sandwich experience. We enjoyed the Honey Chipotle BBQ burger and the Provencal. Both were enjoyable and more than enough food. I ate all of the former and my wife found the goat cheese on the Provencal a bit to much, she will order with less sauce and cheese. The service and atmosphere were comfortable and friendly. But it did take a bit longer than desired for the food to be prepared, and even when we came before the rush. Still overall a good experience. Will probably come again.

We were quickly seated during the lunch hour and immediately waited on. By the time our drink order was delivered we were ready to order. The food arrived within 10 minutes of placing our order. It all came out all at once and was very delicious! If I'm in town again I'll very likely be returning.

Good ambiance, great food. Portion sizes are huge so consider sharing. I shared the nachos and chipotle-honey burger with my daughter and both were "fire" per her.

Not terrible. A little expensive for what it is, but an okay place to eat if you're in the area and hungry. Expect to pay around 20$ for a burger and fries.Parking: It's in an outside mall so parking can be limited.

Food was good.Chicken fingers were way overdone.Hard to get a "medium" pink inside burger....always well done.Booth seating was extremely tight, could hardly move between seat and table top.

My husband and I went to Bru Burger on Saturday night and had a great evening. Our burgers and sides were great, but the service was the best part. Our server, Alexander, was so friendly and attentive without hovering. We will definitely ask for him the next time we go!

I don't usually leave reviews, but our experience at the Plainfield Bru Burger was upsetting enough to warrant one. I flew in from out of state yesterday morning, so my dad and I decided to grab a bite for lunch on the way home. The hostess seated us in the bar area, in a booth, across from the bar. The restaurant wasn't very busy upon our arrival, but we noticed our server also seemed to be manning the bar. She was aggressive and clearly inconvenienced by us from the very moment she approached our table. To put it lightly, her overall attitude was terse. My dad asked her what was on draft, to which she responded "we have 16, so I mean, I'm not gonna read them all to you..." (The list was handwritten in chalk on a chalkboard, some distance from our table). After we'd finally decided on a beer for dad, I asked for my Bloody Mary to be extra spicy, a SECOND time, since she didn't respond to me the first time I asked. She proceeded to walk away from our table, slinging over her shoulder the following remark: "I'm bringing it out as is. We already put horseradish and stuff in it." Unbelievable. So the drinks came. Our water glasses ended up on coasters, while my Bloody Mary was placed directly on the table. Dad and I toasted and began to chat. Next thing we knew, the Bloody Mary was quickly sliding on its own accord toward the edge of the table. Somehow, I managed to catch the glass mid-air, only losing half the liquid and the garnish to the floor. Two other staff helped us clean up and were very understanding of what happened, telling us they'd seen it happen before with chilled beer glasses. So, A+ to them. When we told our server what happened, she did not offer to replace the drink, or my napkin for that matter. It was clear she didn't believe us, or simply didn't care. She also 'joked' and relayed to us the kitchen staff was talking about cutting me off. Quite an insulting comment, considering the situation. I'd just gotten off a plane having had only a coffee prior to our visit. Besides, my hands were nowhere NEAR the drink when it slid off the table. A food runner, not our server, took my order for a second Bloody Mary, extra spicy. When it arrived, it tasted like plain tomato juice with hardly any liquor, and completely flat without spice. Needless to say, I didn't finish it. We were charged for both drinks. A supervisor asked how our food came out and didn't even listen for my dad to respond before walking away. All we hope is that this server learns how to treat people more kindly in the future. The experience started my trip off on the wrong foot by ruining the first meal I've had with my dad in months.

Originally went because I heard they have a good Bloody Mary. It’s hard to find good ones that aren’t premixed. I was not disappointed and it was tasty. Went ahead and had a meal while there and the food was great. Had the lamb burger. Omg. ? very good. Also ordered the charcuterie board… it was good but would not order again only because it’s not worth the value they charge for it. But also, when is charcuterie ever appropriately priced? Was a great option to have.
