As a Mexican, I am very, very picky about going to a Mexican restaurant, especially coming from the Chicago Land area into Indianapolis and seeing the local food scene.Hats off to Don Pablo as his restaurant met my expectations with his delicious food. You get complimentary chips and salsa, the chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was full of flavors. Really surprised to find a taco place this good in Plainfield. Got three tacos - al pastor, lengua, and shrimp. All three were excellent. Also ordered a side of beans, rice, and consomme. Very satisfied with my entire meal. Would definitely go back to try more of the menu.
