“Despite the recent reviews, my co-worker and I decided to pop in and try out the place. I had the pancake and a glazed donut. Nothing but positive things about that, and the staff was very nice and service was quick. Any time I'm back in Plainfield I'll be stopping in every Thursday and Friday“

“The employees are SO kind! My sister and I love the boba energy drinks. Donuts are always great and my nephew is obsessed.Went through the drive thru today. Brandy took excellent care of us. Our votes: Boston Cream not their strong suite but all the cake donutes have been delish (we've tried them all over time, not at once lol), the yeast ones are AMAZING. “Still the best donuts in Avon!!!! My favorite is always the chocolate peanut butter!!! It is da bomb!!! Filled with so much ooey gooey goodness and definitely filling! They have decided to start selling coffee which I think was something they were always missing. Today I tried the large $6 cinnamon caramel macchiato and hot one too, you can definitely taste the cinnamon but it definitely needed more expresso,Not very strong at all which is what people want from a coffee. They have a full wall of salsas, pickled jalapeños and even jams. Service is always fantastic and if you want to stay awhile they have 3 cute tables set up!“

“Service was ok when we went in but not a “wow” factor.Chairs are always in the tables. Never ready for customers.The first Boba Tea I did not like it at all. Was very off tasting maybe their green tea mix was off? Green tea is one of my favorites.Donuts are light and fluffy which is nice but tastes like a “regular donut”The last Boba tea was a Chai Tea with brown sugar Boba was really good.“

“So it's hard for me to give a star rating because we came after the post-eclipse rush (and Hilligoss didn't have much left), but I also wanted to share the photos. Given the one donut I had (raspberry filled), it was definitely better than your standard fare - good quality, maybe a little sweet but more personal preference, maybe a little small but overall a solid donut. I had a taste of the oatmeal raisin cookie too - which tasted homemade with the nutty oat flavors and a bits of salt - I could see it not being everyone's favorite but still a good cookie. Definitely didn't expect the place to be so sold out so early (as it seems many reviews are saying), but the eclipse crowd probably definitely contributed to the shortage. Happy for the bakery though :)“

“Very pleased with this store. Went this morning and even with the terrible roads, the Manager and employee were there with smiles on their faces, both greeted me before I was even all the way in the door and were ready to serve me. The store is always clean. Always stocked with stuff to occupy the kiddos. Staff is super friendly and the food/beverages are so so good! They always have more than enough options every time I go....whereas Dunkin seems to always be out of everything we like. Our family definitely has a new "donut place".“

“A variety of donuts are offered here, but it's the swivel stools that the kids will enjoy. Twelve donut holes are $3. The donuts go fast so arrive early for the best selection! Quick helpful & friendly service. When we arrived it was quiet inside and so we had the whole room to ourselves. When it is warm there are outdoor seats.“
