Been here multiple times and it always takes forever and is never correct. Three cars in the drive thru and it takes 20 minutes. Ordered two beef and cheddars and shakes. Shake machine is broken and there's no cheddar on the beef and cheddar. Be better.

Dear God guys don't spare any soda. Ice was filled all the way to the top. I took one drink and it was all gone. Fries were cold. Don't even want to eat my Reuben sandwich. I'll visit hobart next time.

I went over and Willow Creek and I had to go back in because my order wasn't right Plus the fries were so salted I couldn't even eat one of them and they got mad at me when I asked them to remake them
Says open 10:00 am -11:00 pmSecond time I went there never again , didn't have 1/2 the menu 1st time this time wasn't open, Got response from Owner, who should make sure business is open, but he is in NY or India no more business from me! Im a Vet of war , and sick of these people belittling Americans!!!!!! Done! Will never step a foot on that place until American owned and pay the proper Taxes like I did!

We always get the beef and the Turkey sandwiches, tonight we ordered the chicken wrap and loopchicken strips they were horrible the wrap fell apart and the chickens nuggets inside were so hard you couldn't even eat them. The chicken strips were just as bad thin and hard. Won't be going there for chicken anymore.

Their sign says 2 for 7 so l order 4 he tells me that is for cheddar and beef only l tell him that's not what the sign says they charge $20 plus l go in and show them a picture of the sign she calls someone and they won't refund the difference l told her that's what l expected from them you can be sure l won't be back such poor customer service
