Pretzels are great, the workers are super sweet, other than that one shorter hispanic with the ben 10 watch, he smells on occasion. They deal with poopy customers very often and handle it well. Man. We love coming here... But, is there a time limit they can leave pretzels in the warmer? We just got home with 3 pretzels (we live 10-15 minutes away) and they are barely warm and they're crunchy. Seem old. Went to look for the receipt to see if they had a number to call bc they're that bad, but I wasn't given my receipt. We usually love getting pretzels after shopping, and the teenage workers were pleasant enough, but those were old pretzels. I'm really bummed.

Well another business I will no longer patronize. The place was closed half an hour before closing time. All I wanted was a pretzel for a dollar. Never coming in here again.

Poor quality, they serve food has been sitting around and has turned hard. The employees are unprofessional and unapologetic. But it's obvious where they get their work ethic from because the "manager" isn't any better.Keep in mind hundreds of people walk by this location every day after they're done shopping. It's a very bad look for the company for people to see the employees standing around, working with their AirPods in their ears, or simply doing absolutely nothing. Plus, there's always more employees than what are are needed, wasted labor.

Great pretzels awful customer service a young man wearing glasses Caucasian on February 6th working that evening was extremely rude and lacking in good customer service. I hope the owner of this business pays attention to this review. Because the one under mines mentions that same young man as being rude this establishment will lose business if he continues being the face of this company.

This is the best Ben’s I ever been to. Always hot and fresh pretzels and the customer service is top notch. Always a great experience at this place.
My fiancée and I decided to finally stop by and try Ben's Pretzels and it was such a great decision. Not only were the pretzels excellent but Anthony provided us with one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. The staff is always friendly and just little rays of sunshine. They greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. Something we don't get a lot of today. The food is hot and FRESH! You can't go wrong with a hot, fresh SOFT pretzel. All the flavors are delicious and don't forget your dip. Mmmm Good!

I have been a repeat customer of this location for years now and have loved every pretzel from Anthony and his crew! Anthony is phenomenal to everyone and you can truly tell he cares from the consistent quality to the hours he puts in. I love working so close to Bens, I never in my years of visiting have ever heard him even scold or talk down to another employee, he is always trying to encourage and bring them up. The employees are are all kind and hard working, I never see them just standing around doing nothing. Great location, great people, and better food.
