I ordered 4 sandwiches, loaded tater tote and stuffed peperoni cheese bread, I picked up and opening the boxes found the loaded tater tote and stuffed peperoni cheese bread, was BLACK! I called and asked for a manager and explain this clearly, said a driver can pick it up, if he wished, come and pick up to verify and asked nicely for a partial refund.
He stated that it must of been an accident, I replied, when you put BLACK/Burnt food, over cooked, into a box - that is not an accident and calmly asked for a "partial" refund. He replied - he could not process or give a "partial" refund" and I said OK, then please refund the entire order - but that is NOT what I am looking for. He said he could not do that either. My response was that OK - I contact the 4 Chicago News stations - He said "go ahead-I don't care" and hung up. Is this Customer Service and how Domino's train their Managers over Burnt/Black Food sold ???????????
My wife and I then drove back to the store - with the BLACK products and asked to speak with the manager and show him the BLACK food. he said I can't help you-you yelled at me on the phone - which I did NOT, I then left the BLACK food on Dominos floor.
I was lied to, sold BLACK food, and maybe discriminated against because of my color??? But, for sure your store manager working the night of Oct 7th PM - had zero customer service relations to me or my wife. I was totally calm and polite on the phone - when I spoke with him - he then LIES , when we drove back to the store???

I did not think racisism still existed! You get a zero rating - PLEASE Stop Selling Burnt / BLACK food to the Portage area customers and doing NOTHING about it - except Lying!

Y’all tell meIf this is acceptable…..I didn’t even touch the pizza..they came in 30 mins cus I’m around the corner ..but this doesn’t look acceptable to me ..they suppose to be replacing the stuff ,I offered to ft him on whoever’s phone in there to show him ..smh…then they was supposed to replace the stuff and it took an hour and a half then they brought the wrong pizza,I screamed at the guy before the elevator door closed but he ran off as witness by my hotel people .Then I called the store I told him the messed up the new pizza , then he told me I told him something I did not tell him he literally made up something and can’t hear .I mentioned the spinach in the pasta.He said I asked for spinach on the pizza and I didn’t ask for chicken.When all u had to do was pull up the order and see what i ordered .Then threatened to call the police , and I walked over there . The manager didn’t want to listen ,and then he printed out a receipt he made up that doesn’t match my original order to the police. Then the tall lanky guy,was calling me a bum and said I didn’t leave a tip to the other person who delivered the pizza , and talking all rah rah ,and made false reports to the police and said I “called him outside and threatened to kill him” he said this right in front of me with a smirk on his face .That’s my original recipet and the new one for the order he made up when he printed out in front of the police.he said “u didn’t ask for chicken on the pizza”why would I ask for chicken and u see that theirs already chicken in the pizza in my order from what I placed online.I didn’t even tell him to add or take off anything because I know they can see the order .I inquired about how much spinach is suppose to be in the pasta.I never asked for spinach on the pizza..Why would I??u can see the pizza was supposed to have chicken on it . but he made up his own stuff and wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to tell him he tried to drown me out.u can see my original receipt and then the made up on which he placed over the phone when I calle the first time .They really threatened to call the police because they messed up my pizza and didn’t want to listen to me tell him he made up some sh*t I didn’t ask for .Y’all can all see right here ,I never asked for spinach in the pizza .he made that up .Images :First pizza then new pizza…Original receipt and new receipt from the order he made up and printed out in front of the police and make me look stupid.The police didn’t care what’s wrong with the pizza and sai d I can’t get my money back or a new pizza which I dnt want at the time and told me I had to leave .The second pasta was decent so I didn’t take it back .But they way they talked to me in the store they probably spit in it .Especially the guy who called me a bum for “not leaving a tip” to the other person that delivered the pizza ,and the way the manager was talking .. they definitely probably spit in my food .

I live literally just around the corner from them and every time we order they don't get it right but this time took the cake they didn't cut my pizza in Squares and actually didn't cut one of the pizzas at all I spent over 80$ and I can't talk to a manager because they blocked your calls whenever you complain they're service is terrible I'm never ordering from them again and I asked for a manager but they denied me Also they owed me a credit for they terrible service and I didn't get it

Delivery Driver pulled out into turning lane, went to pull out in to traffic and we had to slam on our brakes also was hauling heavy trailer so couldnt barely stop when i beeped he beeped back didnt even care at all.
