Beyond Rude and Ignorant. I called with an order that was a re order and gave them my information. I also let them know that I wasn't sure of the exact date that they messed up the previous order and was put on hold for what I assumed to find the credit and when they came back I was told Abruptly that I had 2 weeks not a month to re order. I began to reply and was laughed at and hung up on. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what the problem is at this particular Five Guys. Hopefully someone reads this that can do something to help turn around that staff to prevent this from happening again.
I just want to give a huge shout out to the crew working at five guys. I got there to pick up an order, and before I even walked in, my car door swung back and hit me in my face so I walked in the door with a huge cut. Everyone was so nice and so helpful and asking me what they could do, what do I need, and I just needed the bathroom to clean my cut up. The workers were just so wonderful and of course my food was amazing

Burger seemed a little thinner than when this store opened. At 7.95 for a Jr burger. Was very cold in store. Hard to find a clean table. Very busy store.
