The family that owns the establishment knows regulars and greets them warmly. We absolutely love sushi, we are kind of snobs, this is the only place to go in the region. The chashu ramen and chicken Katsu are both really good. Not outstanding and honestly should be cheaper for the portions and quality but nonetheless a good place that deserves a try.

Second time me and my friend have ate here. I ordered the indiana and california roll. The first time was a godzilla roll. Food came out exceptionally fast both times. Waitress is always on her game when it comes to refills. I've tried a different roll every time I went and I've never been let down. Everything here is SUPER fresh. This place is on par with higher end sushi places at a lower cost. Don't hesitate give this place a chance

Fuji is the best all around Japanese sushi bar, their Salmon Dons are amazing, just the right amount of vinegar and presto I think I'm in Iwakuni Japan eating at a authentic restaurant there, minus being on the floor and with no shoes on, but I have to say, out of all the places in the are, this is an up and coming place, gotta love the small guys too, that's how a lot of these big time chains and restaurants started like this one, so again, wether it's your first date or a night out with friends or taking the kids for their first Miso or tempura, you definitely won't be disappointed
