Figured I would stop in and grab some dinner on the fly. Drive thru was quick so no issues there. However, at no point was I informed that they did not have any ice. Not to terrible aside from the fact that I wanted a cold drink and wasn't prepared for a room temperature pop at drive thru. When I asked if they had any ice I was responded back with a "no sorry". Which isnt a huge tragedy but maybe a little heads up at the ordering screen would have probably changed my drink choice. Now, the bigger issue . I am asked at the ordering screen to verify my order and it clearly stated no lettuce as I am not a fan of the lettuce here. So I pay for my order . Get my food and leave and surprise everything has lettuce and is so poorly packaged and thrown together that honestly it makes you wanna ask if anyone who works there actually likes their job. Huge disappointment y'all .. Do better for your customers...

Check your bag before you leave!! Paid for 3 of the new flatbread melts with extra sauce and i only got one. Checked the reciept to make sure and they definitely shorted me food. Tried calling the location to see what the course of action to fix the issue would be and of course they dont answer so i guess im out $5

I have never been to this restaurant and been served even remotely fast. Orders are always messed up. And the manager just tried to fight me. If u feel like standing or parking for 20 to 30 minutes for some garbage I'll recommend

For the past year, or so, I've noticed a major change in the quality of the Taco Bell Taco Supreme. This menu item is the only thing I have eaten for 30 years from Taco Bell. The seasoned meat is disgusting! It is so salty and watered down that you can't taste the seasonings. This gray red mess soaks the Taco shells both soft and hard, making them stick to the paper. The cheese is always dried and takes like plastic. You're lucky if you can find the sour cream because it's usually a very small blop at one end or the other. The lettuce and tomatoes are limp, soggy, and, at times, rotten. It's such a shame because I gave Hobart, Portage, and Merrillville multiple chances this year, but until there are some major changes, I won't eat Taco Bell's Taco Supreme again.Dietary restrictions: Sodium restrictions

this place is disgusting. not only were there gnats in the sweet tea when I opened the spout. food on the floors. you could see the grime all over the tables and windows. last but not least one of the employees was scratching his nuts with his gloves and then tried to make food. the store represents the managers there. I promise you l, you do not want to eat here. I called the health department

I was just in drive thru and the cashier (white woman with blonde hair) was so nice. She even spoke to my toddlers. The cook (black male with a curly fro very handsome) even waved at the window. I never really eat Taco Bell but They had excellent customer service. I highly Recommend this place. Customer service is everything to me especially what I just experienced from kfc yesterday. The manager there was so rude in portage. I will definitely start eating at Taco Bell more.
