The Cinnabon iced coffee was bomb. It is definitely the sugar boost I needed. The cheese was not melted. The sausage was hot, the crunch was found wanting. The hash brown would have been good; if it didn't taste like it underwent the hot grease test. The only thing crunchy or crispy was the edge. The rest was greasy potato.

I got there around 1:30 AM I ordered two of the 12 soft shell tacos party packs the food was good and fresh even at that early hour in the morning.

If i could rate a zero i would. Completely unprofessional. I handed the young man a 20 and after a minute he asked me for more money said i gave him a 1. I never even had a 1 on me, the manager did recheck the drawer after i asked however when i asked to check the cameras or talk to gm it couldnt be done. They then yelled out the window at me (crew and manager) “we didnt steal your money honey!” very rude and all i wanted was a confirmation of the cameras that he didnt slip my 20 somewhere. I will follow through with this. Very upset. Probably wont ever get my money back i just wanted to know what happened.

So whoever made the burritos tonight around 6:40 pm on Friday all I can say is wow and thank you!! Everything was great. Legit the best burritos I've had from any Taco Bell. I appreciate you taking the time to make them right. Will be back for sure!
I love Taco Bell, however, this establishment has the worst service. They often get your order wrong and every single time I've gone, the taco shells are always stale and the meat smells expired! Disgusting! I stopped going.

We have several taco bells in the area, but this is the one the locals go to if we can. Obviously, it's Taco Bell, so don't expect fancy food, but it is always fresh and delicious. I have a lot of allergies, so I have to make modifications. Mistakes happen sometimes, but they almost always get it right. Every worker I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful, even when we have large complicated orders.
