Finally went for the first time. I had a breakfast skillet. Delicious!! Huge portions with fresh vegetables!! Service was quick and excellent!!

I have always really liked Tate's and have been there many times. Today, I asked the waitress if I could have cheese on only half of my omelet. When she returned with my breakfast, she said she asked and, "The cooks refused." Okay, so the cooks are in charge then... got it.I really didn't think that my request was unreasonable. I usually enjoy Tate's, but they are not superior to Blueberry Hill, which is just down the street. So fine, if it's too much trouble for you to leave cheese off half the omelet, then okay, it's your restaurant. I'll just give my money to Blueberry Hill next time.EDIT: I messaged Tate's about this issue and they read it and chose not to respond. I won't go back.

Outstanding! It is well-known to locals as the best and most consistent breakfast and lunch restaurant in this area. Tate’s serves amazing specialty meals and quality breakfast and lunch selections on a daily basis. A friendly and knowledgeable wait staff and an efficient kitchen ensure that your meals are delicious and at your table in mere minutes. I would highly recommend.

My mom and I got the pot roast special and the tortellini with italian sausage soup on Thursday and both of them were AWESOME- especially the soup!! Do you know when that soup will be on the menu again!?!?!
