I normally eat at the east side location, but I happened to be on the west side, so I decided to stop at the west side one. Their food and decor is just as good as any other Subway I have been to. I ordered a Turkey Cali 6 inch Sub, Baked Lays Barbecue Chips, and a Diet Coke. All of it was delicious. I have never had a complaint about any other Subway, and I don't have one about this location. I have been to several restaurants with one or more locations in Richmond. Some I have been to all the locations or just about all of them. This Subway is on the west side, and it is just as good as the other ones I have been to. The food is delicious, and the decor is bright. I don't Subway much at all but this location is probably the best one I've been to. The food is better than average amongst other Subways but the staff is what made this place really shine. The 2 ladies that were working were great. Funny, friendly and professional. Great customer experience ?
