My husband and I went in to have lunch the manager on duty (blonde with tattoos on her arms) you could tell she was not in the best of mood (see it on her face) told a male employee on the floor in front of customers and other employees told him he can leave cause he wasn't doing anything which he was cleaning down pop machine. Then told another employee that he was not doing anything that he didn't listen when she told him to stop dumping the red bucket down the pop drain. Which as a manager for over 20+ years i know for a fact you should have pulled him to the side and addressed what he was doing wrong not in front of customers or other employees. Plus also she shouldn't have talked about him to other employees no very professional. Plus yes you can put the sanitizer watered down the drain for the pop cuz I know for a fact it keeps the gnats and flies away she was very unprofessional. I felt bad for the man that she talked to this way and felt bad that he heard her talk about him to another employee. I do like going in there for ouch cause the food is great and the employees are very nice but you can tell that her attitude just made everyone there having an attitude or a bad day we were always told as managers to put everything behind you and make sure you are in a good mood cuz it puts everyone else in a great mood so I don't know if Subway will do something about this but it was very unprofessional how she treated her employees and how she was just had a look of disgust on her face knowing she had to work today. I just wanted to let Subway know that it takes only one person to bring the crew and customers in a negative mood .

There is a deficient difference between Subway on Chester Blvd and the Subway West of town. My Fav Chester Blvd Subway and their BLT with onions Muum good!!

I normally eat at the east side location, but I happened to be on the west side, so I decided to stop at the west side one. Their food and decor is just as good as any other Subway I have been to. I ordered a Turkey Cali 6 inch Sub, Baked Lays Barbecue Chips, and a Diet Coke. All of it was delicious. I have never had a complaint about any other Subway, and I don't have one about this location. While I was there, I did earn enough points to earn a $2 off reward for a future order. That was great!

I have been to several restaurants with one or more locations in Richmond. Some I have been to all the locations or just about all of them. This Subway is on the west side, and it is just as good as the other ones I have been to. The food is delicious, and the decor is bright. I ordered a Turkey Cali 6 inch sandwich, Baked Lays Barbecue Chips, and a Diet Coke. It was all delicious! The workers were great. What is even better is that I earned enough points on the Subway app to earn a $2 reward for a future order. Now the only one I haven't been to is the location in Walmart. Maybe next time.

Well it's not a bad place if you don't mind to be disrespected rude and not one smile and see 1 worker standing with his hands in his pocket and watch them take another women's money and wouldn't fix the order so she ask for a manager the girl at the counter says iam the manager and the woman says my order is messed up she showed the manager that her order online was rt but they mad it wrong and the manager says sometimes that happens I can't replace or fixe it because it was an online order the woman says really manager says yes I believe the ppl working today 6/2/23 should be fired none of them means well and all of them are rude not professional by no means I know I travel to 18 different stores for the company I work for and I normally buy the guys at each store subway but from now on I will take our business to a better place because if this is what you guys allow I don't want to support it

I hate to leave a bad review but I cannot describe how irritated I am with this Subway location. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have not had a correct meal from this Subway in a year. Not only is it slow to move through the line but you leave the drive thru with either the wrong order or missing several items from your bag. I also will purchase an item and then come back to repurchase it and another employee will tell me they have never sold the item I have already purchased many times before. I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance and without fail every time I get an incorrect order, missing items, or both. I haven’t been back in a couple months and I won’t be back until management can rectify this reoccurring problem. You shouldn’t have to check your entire bag before you leave every single time you come through.

The last four times I’ve used my app, my order has been screwed up. I notify the staff and they tell me they’ll send coupons. Guess I’m gonna have to go out of town to get Subway because the Richmond subways don’t care about their customers!! Even reached out to owners with no response.

They seem short staffed and you can tell they are trying their best, like every restaurant right now. But with that said, we paid $30 for 2 foot longs and a wrap, with 3 chips. The prices understandably have gone up. But my sandwich was forgotten and I called and drove back to get it. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after they said they’d be right with me. After all the other customers left I was still sitting there and so I drove back around only to be told to wait again. Then they didn’t even know why I was there, so I had to explain again and reorder at the window and wait another 6 minutes for them to make my sandwich. All I wanted was to get extra lettuce on there. And I get home and there is like 2 pieces of lettuce. I used to order a lot, but just seems like the quality and reading what people want on subs has become nonexistent. They just throw on as much as they want to which is fine, but don’t give the option to do more and less if it’s going to be the same every time.

I came in with coupons that I received in the mail. It was a bogo and they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't programmed in the computer. ?‍♀️ Then I proceeded to hand her coupons until 1 finally worked. ?‍♀️ all the while another employee says oh yeah, those don't work here but you can use them at other locations. Really?? So I am just being hopeful the right person sees this and fixes the problem. Your employees are a bit clueless...?

Don't go through the drive thru, they will make your sandwich sloppy and skimp on the ingredients.
