Not a huge fan of their pizza so I ordered their grilled chicken parmesan sandwich instead. It was so over cooked it was like chicken jerky! Pretty much inedible bc you choke when u swallow it bc it was so dried out and chalky. Hardly any sauce and didnt see any parm. $11.00 for this ?️. Do not recommend.

Recently moved from Homewood where the original is from. This was a poor substitute like I've never seen from any Aurelios. I've had Digirorno frozen pizzas twice as good for half the price. It was luke warm and a quarter inch thick!. Thin crust extreme. Please fix or sell. Ur embarrassing the

Waited 30 minutes for a table when there were several open tables available. Only 1 server working the dining room tables.

Called and made reservations for 630. Got there and table wasn't ready. They had to split r party in different tables. There was 15 of us. Some of the draft beer tasted like they haven't cleaned their beer lines in awhile. Server acted like she didn't know what was going on. The whole place was ran by teenagers. Didn't see one person that looked over 18 that was working. Server was not very attentive. Saw her hanging with people in the front. She didn't bring us the food it was someone else. When she asked who got certain things she just sat it in front of other people even after we told her who got it. Salad had alot of brown pieces, pizza was very doughy like it wasn't cooked long enough. Part of our pizza had no cheese or toppings on it. The tortellini was crunchy and not cooked all the way. On the menu it stated it came with garlic bread. Asked the server and was told it didn't. Server never once took any dirty or empty plates or cups off our table. Needed Togo boxes. Couldn't find server so went up front. Had to ask the person 3 times for the right containers for someone to then tell me oh u need to ask ur servers for that stuff. When they were literally right next to the Togo stuff. Server never came so another lady finally brought us what we needed. Most of the party was standing around trying to leave when the server finally came with the check. Horrible service and food. Won't be back.

Pick up order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after the pickup time. One of our house guests had a twist tie like bread tie under the cheese in their piece of pizza. I'm just happy that they didn't choke on it.
