Pretty standard location. I don't get why they have such bad ratings on here. I came in and asked for some time to order while I waited on some friends to send me their order. I was politely asked if I was ready. The drinks came out very sweet but I think it's just what was ordered. I got a black coffee and had no issues. Only negative is when I ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwich they charged me for a bacon one with an added dollar to add sausage. Didn't need the extra meat...read full review
I always preorder online when I'm five minutes. That way I can be in and out before work and earn points. I just walk in and grab my order and go on my way. Please like my post.

This is my favorite Dunkin to go to in NWI! I go here quite often and Pili always greets me by name and is always SO sweet! You don’t get that kind of customer service many places these days. They’re really quick here too, even if the line gets backed up you get through really quick. Love them!
