I think the old guy at night time should get some help. I’ve been many times at night and am sometimes even asked to pull back around in 3 minutes. At night I don’t wanna drive around for 3 min I wanna get my food and go home! Bless him but I just feel bad because dunkin is a fast paced job and he seems to be the only one.

I don’t know how to explain this but can someone be on the shift with the slow old man who cannot read. I don’t know if this is the only job he can get due to his disability and I hate to be rude about it but the coffee was watered down creamer with extreme sugar and ice. When told there wasn’t an item he never asked what I wanted to replace it with and when I tried to get his attention but he seemed to have maybe an issue hearing as well. So I just really really would like someone to see if he needs help at night or maybe just have this Dunkin not be open at night anymore for orders. Just let the old man do the donuts and what ever else and close at night. And this isn’t the first or second time he has done this. I also have tried to keep it to a simple iced cream sugar but again it was overpowering with cream and sugary taste and I had to knock on the window a few times to get his attention that he forget the sparkled donut. So i don’t know. This place really really sucks after 1130p til about 6 am. Also I’m out about 6 dollars since I didn’t get some of my items from him. And I didn’t get a receipt so there’s that.Worst. Place. Ever.
This is my favorite Dunkin to go to in NWI! I go here quite often and Pili always greets me by name and is always SO sweet! You don’t get that kind of customer service many places these days. They’re really quick here too, even if the line gets backed up you get through really quick. Love them!

I’m a frequent customer. About the last 4 times I’ve gone the coffee has been so inconsistent. Not very good. Has been wrong every time. Time to start making coffee at home again.

Pretty standard location. I don't get why they have such bad ratings on here. I came in and asked for some time to order while I waited on some friends to send me their order. I was politely asked if I was ready. The drinks came out very sweet but I think it's just what was ordered. I got a black coffee and had no issues. Only negative is when I ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwich they charged me for a bacon one with an added dollar to add sausage. Didn't need the extra meat but was only an extra dollar so no biggy. The place was clean and quick.
