The new soda machine is annoying, sometimes won’t let you get a refill, 04/12/2024 10:34Lady assume I got a refill and said I did not used machine properly, side note, I did not filled my cup, in fact I never got a soda, I was filling up my wife’s cup, anyway, anyhow, whoever came up with that soda machine idea must have some lack in ideas, wouldn’t it be easier to ask for recipe to handle a cup? Less stress, less money to spend
The only thing making this a 3 star is that they do fundraisers for local groups and the milkshakes. My food was smothered in mustard so bad that the paper around the hotdogs was ripping and sticking to the food itself. I only interacted with an actual associate when getting my food since its all self serve kiosks now and they were kinda rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Food was good but way too much grease and there was paper in my burger
I was really disappointed when go into the restaurant i was filling like was my first time in this restaurant but to more order takers now just a kiosks and you need to be fast because if you don’t have any activity in the screen for less of 30 seconds yes that is right 30 seconds you orden is gone now. Plus they kiosks going to give you QR code for the drinks like soda and same way need to be fast to refill the cups because you only have 15 seconds to do soo lol after i talk to the manager him suggested to used the mobile app was more easy ??? Good luck people lol

Wow everything is now on tablets, no waiters, no longer the 60's feel, was kinda weird to scan a code to fill your drinks.

First time coming to this location + Steak n Shake in general since 2019. I was thrown off by the update to tablets but it was easy to learn, service was great, and the food was delicious. I'm only deducting a star because I was disappointed that a lot of old menu items were no longer available ?
