As someone who has worked in customer service for years, my advice for the employees at the drive thru is this…“Good morning welcome to McDonald’s are you using the app today?”Not… “are you using the app” in a very irritated voice.Making these small changes will help the establishment in customer service
McDonald's doesn't need reviews to succeed. One of the best parts about McDonald's is that you know what to expect. This location is exactly that: another location to get the same yummy burgs and treats. It's not dinner, but in some ways it's better. It's McDonald's.

I don't usually rate fast food. Supervisor made sure we were waited on instead of using kiosk. Friendly fellow who had a look of a leprechaun took our order. He was genuinely happy to help us! Food fresher than any other Micky Dee's in memory.
