“I can't get enough of this place. I order from here atleast 3 times a week. Service is fast, affordable, convenient and most importantly, the sandwiches taste amazing. I appreciate all who work at the Shelbyville IN location. It's not easy working in the fast food industry like most of society believes. These employee's work hard for little pay. Some work even harder when others decide not to show for their shift. This place is so busy, they run out of food often. Goes to show how many sandwiches these employees make fresh. I know that can't be easy. It's exhausting and these young adults, kids work their butts off for us customers with little to show for it. These employees deserve alot more compensation/ better pay rate than what they recieve. If I had the ability I would give it to them and wish I could. So I just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you for all you do. It never goes unnoticed.“
“Sandwich artist was very patient with our special requests. Made our sandwiches with a smile. Food looked fresh. I even asked about the tomatoes and they looked red and delicious. The dining room hadn't been cleaned for awhile though and was a little in disarray.“

“This Penn Station location always does a great job. I’ve stopped in many times. The manager does a great job. Today they were extremely busy at lunch time. Not only were they efficient at serving their customers as quickly as possible but friendly as well. You can tell they do their best to provide great customer service.“
