Good food & good service at average 2024 prices for a decent meal. I had the Texas grub hamburger steak smothered in sautéed onions, mushrooms & Monterey Jack cheese—which arrived almost rare & had been ordered medium well. The server promptly returned it for more temperature & it quickly came back cooked perfectly. Hubby had Louisiana Fried shrimp meal which had more shrimp than he could eat with slight heat & we both brought home enough for another meal. Server was “on it” delivering & collecting the check—which is so rare nowadays.We will be back!

This place is always a hit each time me, and buddy have visited leaving the Indianapolis 1500 gun show, we've made it a frequent stop, hot rolls with cinnamon butter is always welcoming, the atmosphere is always great, service and food cooked well, sorry that I can't remember our waitress, but she was pleasant, professional, and intentive to us, can't wait till the next visit.Parking: I don't know how many spots, but we never have trouble finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Each time visiting many families with children, and it seemed they were enjoying the food as much as we were.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, level ground at entrance, anyone wouldn't have a problem entering in a wheelchair.

Great place to eat some very good food at a reasonable price getting harder and harder to find these little gems out there in foodie land folks keep up the great work at the Shelbyville Indiana store if u have the munchies definitely worth a visit !!

Waitresses are a joke! Food is pretty good. Appetizers also are really good. Constantly waiting on a waitress, seating is very poor. We ask for a booth wait 40 mins and come it to be sat in hard wooden chairs or offered to sit at a bar. We are not alcoholics and don't care for alcohol. Waitresses are rather plain and blah. No care for the customer only herding us like cattle. Don't care to really go hear to deal with the people. The food is rather decent and one of the better steak houses but management is very poor here.

Server chased me out the door complaining I didn't leave a tip when I left the cash on the table under the plate. Unprofessional.
Warning. Do not waste money on any of the steaks. I am pretty sure they cook them in the microwave. I never had a milky white steak before and it was terrible. The rest of the food is acceptable if you have been driving all day and want to stay close to the hotel, but stay away from the steaks. Service was good.

I ordered a Margarita frozen Strawberry,it was light pink in color, tasted funny as well, thank God it was on Special for 5.00! We got the sampler Platter, everything was hit n fresh, the ribs fell off the bone, oh so good!

If I could give less than one star I would!!!Thursday 2/22/2024Hostess EmmaManager PercillaCame in and was told it would be a 30-35 minute wait. No problem. There were 4 empty booths. When Emma came to seat us my dad asked can I ask you a question. Emma said yeah. My dad asked why there were empty booths and she said we don’t have servers for over there as she is rolling her eyes. My dad said I’m sorry we are going somewhere else. Emma said well good bye. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said yea sure and rolled her eyes. I then moved into the entrance to the bar area and saw Emma talk to the manager. Then the manager said yea I will be there. The manager was running expo with only on gloves on moving food from plate to plate and removing buns off food to look at them. Then a customer from the bar walked past her and about 4 other servers into the kitchen. Then walked back to the manager and she stopped messing with the food and gave him a hug. Mind you I am STILL waiting to speak with her. Then she came up to the front and so I start telling the manager what had happened. I told her I understand that they don’t have the staff and that was not the problem. The problem is when she (Emma) rolled her eyes and got an attitude. Emma then behind the manager started rolling her eyes again and said I didn’t do any of that and started bobbing her head. I asked her to please don’t do that. She then laughed. The manager then said well she is only 16 I said okay but she is employed here correct? She started laughing. I then asked for her managers number or a corporate number and laughing she said well it’s online. As I was walking out she started laughing again and said well have a good night.Show less
