Lots of criticism about this hotel. But you are going to miss how things were pretty soon. Hotels aren’t built with atriums anymore, you have to wait for your food like you did when you were a kid at a restaurant with your parents. The rooms are how you remembered them as a kid, very cozy, dim, and wood with soft beds. New hotels are super modern and sleek with is great, but staying here made miss it. Huge hotel, friendly staff. Aging in a good way, the only thing to update are the showers in the bathrooms. I wouldn’t change anything else. Thanks.

The bartender Megan was extremely friendly and personable. She made us feel welcome even though they were about to close. Also, she made drinks that were worth every penny...Kudos!

They don't have the proper staffing so the 2 stars for service should reflect on management and not the people on the floor. I've been here several times and did not want to review since I typically only leave positive reviews. The location is a great spot. I know staffing is a challenge everywhere but since the other establishments around there seems to have great service, apparently it can be done. The other issue which seems to be consistent at Bakers is that they run out of menu items. I also know supply is challenging right now but it can be done. It takes planning and efficiency.

Service is non-existent. Limited servers in a not very busy bar/restaurant. Once order was placed, I received my salad and drink right away. Then I waited 30 minutes for the main entree. The food was warm, not hot and the mashed potatoes had been crusted over - for being under the warming light too long. For the prices, you expect better quality. Will not be back.

The atmosphere really is incredible! But be warned.. the restaurant is essentially in a giant glass box, so on hot sunny days it gets pretty hot. Otherwise very neat setting, good food, and attentive staff.

We come here often for a quick bite when traveling to this area. It opens a little earlier for breakfast. Happy they had a buffet option this year.

Disappointed!!!! Management why did you change your boneless wings!! This was one of your best meals on the menu. Hands down! No longer serving the same ones. Still a nice space and friendly employees.Too bad for the change. It will affect my frequency coming to lunch here. Sorry. Get the old wings back. You are losing out.

Breakfast buffet was $15, which is a reasonable price for good food, but buffet food was really bad. Bagels were still inedible after adding cream cheese. Orange juice wasn't good. Eggs bland. Bacon, yogurt and cereal were the only way to salvage the meal.

7 of us staying at the hotel and chose to try Bakers. Sat down and was greeted with "we are really backed up and short staffed; it will be 20 minutes before your order is taken." We decided to stay anyway and occupied 3 tables, side by side. The waitress came sooner than anticipated and took orders from 2 of the 3 tables. When she returned a few minutes later, we told her the 3rd table is part of our party and needed their order taken. Her response, "ok, but I have 57 tickets for this hotel, I'm leaving your tickets here for you to pay now. You have to leave in less than an hour." And walked away without taking the other orders. Orders were taken 10 minutes later. I understand being short staffed but that was blunt, rude service and should never be tolerated!

Worst bar ever!! Went for the Women’s NCAA Tournament. Rude, slow service! I’ll never go back, nor suggest it! TV’s we’re tuned to old episodes of Friends! Had to ask to change to NCAA basketball!! They insisted NOT splitting a bar tab even though others in our party weren’t even there. This was due to asking for a table, rather than sitting at the bar! Which would have been fine, however they never asked if we wanted to tab out or move to a new table etc. Plead avoid is hotel bar!!

Food was not what they said it was, food was unseasoned, service wasn’t that good. I was very unsatisfied frfr and ts is overpriced and they forgot to give us our drinks. Food is not worth the money don’t see how they’re in business?

A little under staffed but the bar tender was great. The food was better than average hotel food.

The atmosphere of this place is really chill for a hotel bar. Jasmine and Jessica elevate the experience even when it gets busy and take care of customers like friends! The food is good for the price as well!Vegetarian options: Quite a few options for vegetarians, but also the cooks are willing to switch things up for people who need concessions.
