They don't have the proper staffing so the 2 stars for service should reflect on management and not the people on the floor. I've been here several times and did not want to review since I typically only leave positive reviews.The location is a great spot. The atmosphere really is incredible! But be warned.. the restaurant is essentially in a giant glass box, so on hot sunny days it gets pretty hot. Otherwise very neat setting, good food, and attentive staff.

Lots of criticism about this hotel. But you are going to miss how things were pretty soon. Hotels aren’t built with atriums anymore, you have to wait for your food like you did when you were a kid at a restaurant with your parents.
