Accidentally ordered from another location, and the manager (Jake) was so kind as to make the food for me at this location anyway, even with the modifications I had added in. Food was back out to me extremely quickly and service was excellent. Really made my night.

The tables were dirty. The lady raking our order w a s not really people friendly. When served our food we got plastic forks for dine in when the others gad real forks.

Jake (Assistant Manager) was very helpful when I experienced a issue with my delivery through the app. My food had been stolen by my driver. No questions asked Jake kindly replaced my full meal and refunded it for the inconvenience. I was also able to call right back so he had it ready for pickup at the store this time lol.

I came in on Sunday September 10th around Noon time and didn't know what to order because it all looked so good, but Jake was so helpful and kind I didn't have enough for my whole order ? so Jake said he would pay the difference. He also offered me a drink while I waited, I was just getting ready to leave when I got a back spasm and couldn't move, Jake sat with me until I could move and then offered to walk me to my car, we need more Jakes in the world.Thank you Jake for your help ❤️

We ordered take out from here for the first time. I got the mac & cheese bowl and cookie combo. I didn't get the cookie. The mac & cheese was good but could be creamier. They were out of root beer too. My boyfriend got bbq chicken mac & cheese bowl and he said the chicken was tasteless and he agreed the noodles needed more sauce, but the bbq sauce itself was good. Not sure if we will be ordering from here again.

usually love this place, but I came in today on my lunch break with my two kids and was not taken care of for 20 minutes. so we left. They were too concerned about to go orders than taking care of customers physically there.

I was so excited to try this place but ended up so disappointed. There was dust and dirt everywhere. A woman came out from the back and started “sweeping” (pushing dirt around, she didn’t even have a dustpan). Definitely DONT come with children because I heard f-bombs dropped at least 4 times. They were blasting rap music when we walked in and the girl up front was on her phone 90% of the time I saw her.
