Jake (Assistant Manager) was very helpful when I experienced a issue with my delivery through the app. My food had been stolen by my driver. No questions asked Jake kindly replaced my full meal and refunded it for the inconvenience. I was also able to call right back so he had it ready for pickup at the store this time lol.
I came in on Sunday September 10th around Noon time and didn't know what to order because it all looked so good, but Jake was so helpful and kind I didn't have enough for my whole order ? so Jake said he would pay the difference. He also offered me a drink while I waited, I was just getting ready to leave when I got a back spasm and couldn't move, Jake sat with me until I could move and then offered to walk me to my car, we need more Jakes in the world.Thank you Jake for your...read full review
