Pretty much what I’ve noticed is if the male manager with the hat and earrings is working, I always get my food on time and the quality is great. He is the only reason I’m even giving 2 stars. They usually get my order correct. I often do online pickup. In the past, I would be frustrated cuz I would order a burrito and it's would be the smallest thing but running me 10 bucks. Now whoever is on the online order/pickup line does great. The only issue is my food is never ready when the system says. Which I understand it's lunch time so lots of people go in. However, I wish their system (not the humans in the store as it isn't really their fault) would be more efficient...read full review

As much as I love chipotle unfortunately today was a terrible experience. We waited a FULL 20 minutes past opening time standing at the door just waiting for it to be unlocked. The staff that waited in is was nice enough though when they eventually let us in so that’s at least good. However women’s bathroom was absolutely horrid. Really really really gross.
