I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at the Denny’s located at 233 S 3rd St, Terre Haute, IN 47807.
Upon arrival, we were seated and our drink order was taken. However, after this, our waitress left to sit and converse with other employees at a back booth. We had to remind her that we were waiting before she returned to take our order. She eventually brought the food but then disappeared, as did the rest of the staff, for the remainder of our visit....read full review

Denny's is a restaurant that serves excellent food, with the exception of a misunderstanding about a basted egg. Prices can be steep, especially for families, but the 55+ pricing option is available. The banana caramel pancakes are a popular recommendation, and the maple donut holes are delish. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a kids' menu and games, although a blank space for drawing would be a nice addition. Service is generally prompt and great, with friendly waitresses. The restaurant is clean and open 24 hours, perfect for weary late night travelers. While the pancake balls may be slightly overcooked, other dishes are delicious. There is ample parking available.
