“I went here for the first time yesterday with my partner! We both enjoyed the Nova Lox on an Everything Bagel and Iced London Fogs w/ Lavender Syrup. Both were very good~ the place overall was nice and the staff was friendly, a little stuffy in the cafe and the sofas were messy… not enough that I wouldn’t go back, just maybe next time I would do takeout over eating inside. My only real complaint tbh is that the bathroom is small, like being in a tiny closet and it’s very dirty/old. It smelt bad like pee and someone decided they wanted to use the bathroom all over the toilet and the wall, it was on the floor and smelt so horrible I just walked out and had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom. It wasn’t busy and it’s such a small place, the bathroom should be looked after maybe a little better? I think the bathroom in this place needs work and maybe cleaning the sofas wouldn’t hurt, they’re a little musty and has stains. Otherwise the staff, drinks, and food were good and I’ll go back for those things.“
“i ordered a cheesecake for my birthday, with strawberry jelly and chocolate dipped strawberries on top. it was spectacular!! i only wish i got a larger cake so i could have more leftovers :D everyone enjoyed it and im appreciative of the fact that we were able to make the order on somewhat short notice. the effort and quality is apparent; the crust, the filling, the toppings, and the service were all impeccable! thank you for the cake, will gladly stop by whenever i get a chance in the future!“

I was thrown back in time when we happened to come into KupKates for a birthday cake that made us a repeat customer. Not to mention, their cake decorating skills are just as amazing! I have no idea how anyone would say these doughnuts are small. They are large with generous amounts of different fillings. They are addicting.“

“I'll start with the food from this bakery, the bread is so soft and fresh. I usually get a big box of bread for family gatherings and all of it disappears. I love the different varieties of bread that you can choose from and the prices for each is not overpriced as some other donut spots around so I definitely recommend buying. Service is great very friendly staff. The ambiance of the bakery is good in the mornings it could be a bit full but during lunch or afternoon it's smoother. Even if it's full it's very well worth the wait. I will keep buying my bread from this bakery for more years to come. Good job!!“
“Not really a sweets fiend like my fam. But they def liked these. As expected, they are quite dear. Like $3 a cookie, I think. That super thick frosting like they dump on Lofthouse cookies is waaay too sweet for me.The monthly cookie highlight is a cool idea :)“
