“While visiting valpo, I was recommended to try parlor donuts. The store was very clean and staff were friendly. Their donuts were delicious. The style of donuts are on the thicker side. They taste like a cronut crispy outside thick doughy inside. If you buy by dozen , each donut cost $2.25. These are fancy donuts so the prices are average for this type of pastry.“
“We've gone twice now and will keep going back! The service, atmosphere, and oh my the food it is all great. I do have to mention I absolutely love that the coffee mugs are a great size and they serve it with its own spoon, no one does that! The only downside is, due to how great everything is there, there will be a wait to get seated but it's so worth it.“

“I went here for the first time yesterday with my partner! We both enjoyed the Nova Lox on an Everything Bagel and Iced London Fogs w/ Lavender Syrup. Both were very good~ the place overall was nice and the staff was friendly, a little stuffy in the cafe and the sofas were messy… not enough that I wouldn’t go back, just maybe next time I would do takeout over eating inside. My only real complaint tbh is that the bathroom is small, like being in a tiny closet and it’s very dirty/old. It smelt bad like pee and someone decided they wanted to use the bathroom all over the toilet and the wall, it was on the floor and smelt so horrible I just walked out and had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom. It wasn’t busy and it’s such a small place, the bathroom should be looked after maybe a little better? I think the bathroom in this place needs work and maybe cleaning the sofas wouldn’t hurt, they’re a little musty and has stains. Otherwise the staff, drinks, and food were good and I’ll go back for those things.“
“First time visiting. We were there for dinner last Friday night. It is a lovely environment. Our server was fantastic. Menu was great. Chips and salsa were delicious. House margarita was very good. My husband had the lobster tacos that were very good, and tried one barbacoa taco that he thought was wonderful. I had the steak and shrimp dinner that was also terrific. The steak was so tender, came with 4 very large shrimp and grilled peppers and small salad. The sauce was very good. Homemade corn tortillas were on point. Overall great experience and we look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!“
“I'll start with the food from this bakery, the bread is so soft and fresh. I usually get a big box of bread for family gatherings and all of it disappears. I love the different varieties of bread that you can choose from and the prices for each is not overpriced as some other donut spots around so I definitely recommend buying. Service is great very friendly staff. The ambiance of the bakery is good in the mornings it could be a bit full but during lunch or afternoon it's smoother. Even if it's full it's very well worth the wait. I will keep buying my bread from this bakery for more years to come. Good job!!“

I told the employey I was afrade a coffy and he made me a coffy that had whipt creem on it and it was deelishas. I got a snow man cooky too and it was sorta plane but that went good wif the froofey sweat coffy. The dood at the regastar was reel nice and he wasnt doang it just so Id give him a big tip cuz I didnt give him a tip and he didnt get meen wif me.
