Food is pretty fair. On meats. Could use some more veg. Service seems very humdrum. More interested in the commonalities of each other . Other than customers. Atmosphere, very loud . Too much reverberation metallic interior. Horrible ""what is that? " Music? Very busy in there. It's a 3. And go outside if it's nice.

Waiste of money. Careless delivery driver left my order on the wet ground. I did not select leave outside and always have it delivered direct to me. Called and asked for a manager. The guy who answered claimed he was a manager and did not even provide his name. Made excuses for the driver. Not going back. Most disrespectful delivery ever.

A typical, classic Jimmy John's location. When sandwiches are done right, they're heavenly. I never had a problem with this location versus others. In fact, it's on average better than most I've been to. ?Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich.Parking: A few potholes and limited space given its location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. The employees there looked miserable except for the cashier woman. The man was rude when my fiancé kindly asked for some kickin’ ranch that he forgot to order. The man said it would be 52 cents. My fiancé said that’s fine he goes to the car to grab 52 cents and then the man making sandwiches insisted he get back in line (with 5 customers ordering) allover again to check him out for a little ranch cup. I told them to save the ranch and that we are leaving. A couple people that work there laughed unprofessionally. I work in customer service and this was beyond rude. He already didn’t want to be a hassle asking for extra ranch. But this establishment lost more than 52 cents for a ranch cup. I’ve been coming here for years since it’s in the neighborhood and I will never order here and since I’m a barber to 200 clients a month I will be sharing my experience here with all of my clients and letting them know to go to fire house subs or some other sandwich place from here on out. ?

Ordered delivery from the store to deliver to my husband's work and because he didn't tip, they left his food at the back of the building next to the street. They even called him to ask for a tip. This happened about a month ago. I understand some people will be mad about not tipping. We live paycheck to paycheck and tip when we can. For all future orders they have continued to call and ask me to tip. With such high inflation, people should be more understanding of those who can't tip

Who the hell doesn't like sandwiches? Jimmy John's bread is delicious and with a new lto dropping every so often you can't go wrong. Let's not forget the super friendly and hilarious staff.

Today I decided to order lunch from Jimmy John's online. When my order arrived, I noticed they had things that I had specifically requested online to be removed. I called the store just a few minutes ago and the gentleman working was beyond helpful and very personable. He said there must've been some kind of problem with the online app and then he would be happy to remake my sandwich. I will be tipping the delivery driver again by my choice because this is not his fault and sometimes things just happen. However, their service was freaky fast and they were very pleasurable to deal with. I'm not sure who the manager is but you have one heck of a team and you should be proud.
