Revised, this is just a horrible choice for a gyro spot. They clearly do not care about the quality of the product they are sending out. The Chicago dog was an insult to all hot dogs. No relish, thick slice of tomato that had a core attached to it. The bun was hard as a rock and the fries were mush. I will say that the fried mushrooms were good but it did not make up for horrible hot dog. Any one who gave this place a 5 star needs to explore out past Valpo for a good Gyro place.Parking: Crowed parking lot

Best gyros around!!Flavor is just the same as when Gus and Mike owned it!! I had the chicken gyro and it was a blast back to my childhood how Gus and his wife used to make it for me!!!

clerk wasn't rude but didn't make any effort to be friendly or welcoming. gyro plates had enough for $13.99 price. it was ridiculous they charge to refill drinks. my lrg styrofoam cup was more ice than drink, so was gone really quick. when we were at door to leave I heard someone yell have goodnight. so they did try friendliness at the end.Parking: parking lot has only 1 way in lane for traffic entering to park & drive-thru. full size trucks have real tight fit and close when driving around back of restaurant to leave.Kid-friendliness: food options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: no steps to enter restaurant.

Morning/afternoon cashier is very thorough and prompt with taking my order and even tosses out the offer to include a cheese cup for my fries. I always forget to order it and she reminds me all the time. Great worker great services. Even works on her day off. Very reliable and dedicated. Good job! Food is always good as well.

The fried ocean perch dinner was absolutely fantastic. The best in town. Tried all other restaurants in Valparaiso for fried fish. King Gryos is the best.
i've eaten here many times and have also picked up delivery orders for others numerous times--both have always been pleasant experiences. the spanakopita is sooo good! prices are great too.
