Since when do you have to tell the cashier that you want the meal deal when you order #6? I ordered #6 plain with a root beer. When I received my meal, it had tartar sauce and cheese on it which is not plain and received no fries. When I told the girl at the register my sandwich wasn't plain, she opened it said, what's not plain about it? What? I took the top bun off and said this is why it's not plain. She then said I didn't see the sauce only the cheese. Ok? I told her I didn't get fries. Wait for it.... You didn't order fries. I told her I ordered #6 plain with a root beer and I was told that unless you specify you want the meal you only get the sandwich. No, you only get the sandwich aka ala cart when you tell them, otherwise you get the meal deal. Since when has this been a thing? Did they get confused in there training?

I really don't recommend anybody eating at McDonald's their food seems to be very salty especially their burgers very rare do I eat there but I probably won't go back

They're the only McDonald's that gives me a hard time when I ask for extra caramel drizzle and oreo in my Frappe. Other McDonald's know how to do it with no question ask. And wanted charges an extra $0.20 ?? for a regular size drizzle. The Manager said that it will mess up the machine, but ain't all the machines at the McDonald is the same. Other McDonald's don't have no problem doing it. It's just a Manager at this location.

The only issue is that when I tried to leave the delivery truck blocked me in. When I asked if they could move the truck up 5 feet (yes a whole 5 feet) so I can leave the guy said no that I have to wait until they were done. They just pulled up and started to unload the truck as soon as I was going to leave the store. The truck driver yelled at me that he wasn't going to move. Now if he asked who's truck was parked, I would have left. But again I am blocked in and was yelled at because I need to leave.

This mcdonald's has never once actually given me my food at the window they tell me to pull forward for small orders then people that came after me got their food at the window and were gone before me. Waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches fries and nuggets is insane.

Not only was I given the wrong food and the window shut in my face as i asked for the soda, ketchup, and salt. I had to give them my receipt to show what I ordered and then while they had possession of the receipt they came back and asked again what I had ordered. I said I gave you my receipt but at this point I'd like it back. They pulled me up to a holding area and brought out the food. The nuggets were hot and fresh the fries cold and stale and of course none of the condiments nor napkins. And the worst part is my order receipt stated Ketchup for the nuggets. If I could give it zero I would. Worst waste of 20 plus mins ever

You go to McDonald's for fast food. Not the case here. I pull up through the drive thru just before 8:30p. I am the only one in line at this point. I ordered 2 meals and 2 additional sandwiches, so nothing major. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes! They had me pull around up front for part of that wait time. Cars behind me come and go but not before they also waited at least 10 + minutes. I finally get my food and feel my fries are cold! I walk in to explain that I waited all this time and I get cold fries. The worker goes to talk to her manager who then tells her to get me more fries. Those "new" fries are lukewarm at best. They just hand me the fries and walked away again. They are more concerned about emptying the tea containers into multiple cups so they can start their nightly cleaning than they are about getting their customers their food hot! I will not be back.

They ignore mobile orders. That's all I can say. You have to raise your voice to get them to make your order. 60 cars and 10 people at the counter will come & go, while you wait. Since the McDonald's app doesn't even tell the restaurant your order until you're 50ft from a register, it's not worth going to this particular McDonald's if you're in a hurry
