“It's been a few years since we last ate here, and we're unsure why we took so long to return. Attached to the Honeywell Center; this open and airy facility is clean and well-maintained; with an enclosed sun-room ambiance. Our server, Allie, was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the pasta bar soup & salad; and an Angus burger with added soup & salad bar. The made-to-order pasta was quite good; with the soup tasty, and salad bar offerings fresh and varied. The Angus burger was well-prepared and satisfying. The pecan ball was a nice treat to end the meal. We hope to return soon, as this is a solid option for decent food, at a reasonable price, in a pleasant setting.”

“As someone who doesn’t like coffee or chocolate, that typically limits my “fun” drinks at local coffee shops—not the case at Modoc’s! I love their creative Lotus drinks and enjoy that they play with various matcha and chai flavor pairings. Their homemade goodies are tasty as well. A popular place for good drinks, local history, and a friendly atmosphere. You’ve got to check out their stellar rotating window decorations, too!”

“Their deluxe burger was good, the tomato looks like it was sliced with a laser. The curly fries were cold, my wife wouldn't eat them. They had just put my order on the online pickup shelf so it wasn't waiting for me to get there. Those weren't fresh fries.”

We had a very large order and after contacting the manager the next day they made it right. Every business is going to make a mistake it’s how they handle it. That makes a difference.”

“I'm so BIG on customer service and ALL of the gentleman were A+ on customer service! The greeting, the smiles, the quickness of the food coming out, and the thanking us for coming in! I made a mistake of not letting them know that my husband is allergic to shrimp, and they made it right for us, even making sure he was not allergic to anything else. We definitely rang the bell for GREAT SERVICE! If we are ever passing through again, we will gladly visit again. Thank you gentleman and keep up the great service. “The food is usually pretty good but ordering during 1st shift is typically more promising. The 2nd shift workers don’t pay as much attention to detail.
Out of the last 5 times we’ve ordered, we have only received the sauce packets we asked for once. If the small details like this are important to you, always check your bag before leaving.
That being said, this is probably one of the cleanest and best Taco Bell locations I’ve visited. Overall a good experience especially when compared to other locations.

Vegetarian options: This place does offer vegetarian specific meals and anything can be ordered replacing meat with refried or black beans.

Dietary restrictions: Everything on the menu can be completely made to order if you have restrictions.

Parking: Parking is typically available and easy in the attached lot, but during busy times, it can become a little difficult to procure a spot. The way the drive thru is set up, if you park during a rush/crowd, you can get stuck in your spot and unable to back out until the line dwindles. This easily becomes annoying.

Kid-friendliness: Just as any other fast food establishment, kids are welcome and expected; but, there’s no special menu items for kids or anything specifically geared toward them.”
