Places a mobile order my son rode his bike to go get it got home and was missing a big mac sent him back up to get another thing on a different mobile order and to get his sandwich someone told him he needed a receipt but he told them my mom ordered it on her phone and I was just in here so I had to call up their before I sent him back up their to get it.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE STATE OF INDIANA. 24 hours not true just say 20 mins in the drivethru no answer. Every time I come it’s the slowest and rudest McDonald’s. Corporate needs to come look into this specific location. Absolutely unsatisfied. Will never go here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about how horrible the staff, service and food is.

Says they are 24/7 through drive thru, even on the app and on the door of this McDonald’s. I Get here and everything pitch black. Employees walking around inside looking but won’t help ?♂️

Service is slow and waited in the drive thru said hello twice. No response and won't even say just a moment or let ya know they will be with you. Plus the double quarter pounder are salty as h*** and that's all I could taste so couldn't finish my food off. Just asking for people to do there job instead if not letting us know what's going on.

The girl working at 12:25 was seen spitting in food. Not the tiny girl, but the bigger one. She refused to say her name too because she knew I saw her.

Had to wait over 15 mins for our food to come out. It was cold. Only 1 other couple ordered between the time we came in & our food came out & the drive thru was not busy.Didn't bring out our drinks. Had to wait another 5 mins to get those.Gentleman was quite rude. No apology or anything, just "what'dja get?"But more concerning was the condition of the store. The customer soda counter was a mess as was the floor beneath it. There was water or pop all over the floor and no attempt to clean it up was made in the appx 45 mins we were there. A wet floor sign was there when we came in and was there when we left. The counters were disgusting.I always think if this is what the front looks like, imagine what the back looks like.Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to either of the other locations in town. Will never go back to this one.
