Sinclair's Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. The soups and scallops were praised, but the presentation of the scallops with risotto was disappointing. The wedge salad was not enjoyed by the diners. One of the shared dishes lacked a serving spoon, which was frustrating. However, the breakfast was delicious, with plentiful portions and friendly, professional staff. The dining room is beautiful, and the complimentary banana bread was a hit. Dinner in the private dining room, "Table One," included a tour of the kitchen by the chef and good house wines. The menu is limited but everything was very delicious. The service was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bread was also well-received, with warm, slightly crispy rolls with a nice texture.
