“Had a large order through doordash delivered to work. Ohana accidentally forgot one of our bowls. I called and they delivered the bowl themselves with a box of donuts as an apology. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen this kind of customer service.“
“Rolling bowl is your pretty standard quick home style Chinese food, and is very similar to things my parents would make at home. I like their braised pork, eggs and tomato, and fried chicken. I've pretty much had everything they serve there before so I'm used to it. Also, even though the bowl seems medium sized it is so filling since they pack it down, and it's only 12-13 bucks! It's big coming from someone who can down an entire pizza! The value for the food is great.They're open late which is something I like, and it has a very hole in the wall feel. The people working there don't speak English though, and usually you just have to point at what u want (what my friends did who didn't speak Chinese).My only complaint is that they do seem to have a lot of salt in their food, more than more higher end Chinese places I've been too so u get really thirsty.“
“10/10 would recommend! The dasher that delivered my order dropped my food all over my porch and everything exploded. I called and explained the situation to the staff member and not only did they offer a refund, but they remade my order and threw in a free drink and dessert for the issues. This was not their fault at all! I was just calling for a refund! if I could remember the name of the staff member I would definitely give them a shout out.“
“Sushi-don initially operated as a restaurant, then transitioned into a grab-and-go place, but the original restaurant style has finally come back! I went there during happy hour and enjoyed getting sushi at 50% off. My Alaskan sushi was excellent, and the gyoza was amazing. The staff was friendly. I went there for takeout this time. I would like to come back to dine in sometime. It seems that whether you choose to dine in or take out, you still need to place your order at the cashier.“
“Got the szechuan chicken, which was great. Food was tasty, slightly spicy, and had crisp vegetables. I would dine here again! I see some people complaining about a mandatory tip, but that wasn’t on my bill. I do know they charge a service fee for take-out, which most restaurants charge.“
“So I'm super new at ordering sushi but the staff was absolutely amazing and so kind and patient with my I don't think they understand how much it helped me feel a lot more confident and comfortable with ordering. They are a super clean environment everything was extremely greasy definitely will be back.“
