Finally got around to trying this place. Clean, open room. Good location with people passing by. Ordered a pre-designed bowl. Thought it was a crazy amount of rice, but probably ended up eating 3/4 of it. Toppings and meats were exactly the right amount for the price. Also ordered a fried appetizer sampler. All items were pretty good. The best part of my dining experience was that the sauces/flavors were not overwhelming. Some places go crazy on the sauce or simply have bad sauces....read full review
The place is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was served quickly. The food itself was really great. I ordered two scoops of protein but was given much more than that. I'm not sure if they saw the reviews and decided to change how they did it, but I got much more protein than I asked for. It was all delicious!

Had a large order through doordash delivered to work. Ohana accidentally forgot one of our bowls. I called and they delivered the bowl themselves with a box of donuts as an apology. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen this kind of customer service.
