Awful experience. Ordered multiple sandwiches and they were all wrong. The man even asked the lady behind the counter if she got the order right and she said yes. No sauce, no onions, no cucumber, no mayo. Literally a plain sandwich. It’s not like this place is cheap either. I will never go back ever again.

Drove 800 miles and finalized outside of lafayette. Stopped by Jimmy John's for a sandwich. The young gentleman who took my order should be removed from this location. The kid has no customer service skills and very rude. Food was good tho.

I got a lettuce wrap and asked for light lettuce inside the wrap. It was clearly all lettuce. I didn't know I was going to pay 9 dollars for a head of lettuce. If I wanted a salad I would have gone to subway. There was also only 3 slices of Roast Beef. The workers were also rude. :( I'm over all really disappointed. I used to really enjoy Jimmy John's, but I'm going to subway from now on. This experience was honestly pathetic and not the first time this has happened. Don't waste your money.

Food is always good, love the fact that you can now get your sandwiches toasted, definitely puts them at the top of my list for sub restaurants. Super solid and going to be my go-to from now on.
I love Jimmy John’s. It’s fast and convenient, and pretty affordable compared to other places. For $10 and some change, I always order the #1 Pepe: No lettuce, add pickles, and “Jimmy it up” with extra oregano, side of Jalapeño chips, and a large drink. Most of the time my sandwich is ready by the time I’m finished paying.

Decided to try their new summer wraps and BOY OH BOY was it a disappointment. Paid $9 for a wrap that was majority tortilla wrap with a small handful of chicken slathered in an insane amount of Caesar dressing. I should not have to go back to the location to get this corrected. Should’ve just gone to subway next door

Jimmy John's is the quickest place to access fresh food in the Purdue area. I've also noticed that students love Jimmy John's for "group meals" at different school activities, especially since they provide a good vegetarian sandwich! The store is also kept very clean and the employees are friendly.

I ordered a pickup order at 2:00pm - 45 minutes ahead of arriving to be picked up at 2:45pm. I arrived at 2:54pm and my order had not even been started. My Lettuce Wrap Un-which is clearly wrong ... No lettuce wrap - no tomato - and NO TIME to go back to get it right.
