TLDR: great value, great quality, nice servers & environment, definitely one of my top contenders for when I’m craving sushi or ramen!Tried Katana recently in my search for a go-to sushi place. I was initially impressed by their menu. They have an assortment of sashimi, classic rolls, specialty rolls, and also ramen/hibachi/non sushi items.Most rolls will range from a few bucks for simple rolls to $9-12 for more complex specialty rolls. I got the vegetable ramen as a to go order and it was hot, delicious and plentiful! I want to eat here again soon and dine in because my brief look at the inside promised a clean and welcoming experience with friendly staff. Happy!

I had tonkotsu ramen midium spicy.The broth was very nice and thick with flavor. I enjoyed it very much. The pork wasn't my favorite since I like mine torch burn, but it wasn't a big deal.I enjoyed the meal very much.
