First time visiting this location, Warren did a wonderful job in explaining what I was ordering, I think there could have been more to the salad but it was okay for what it was, I actually dumped the broccoli cheese soup on top of my salad which made it taste even better, the dining area is very clean and the cooks and service all together was very fast and everything was hot and fresh, I think they could dim the lighting in the dining area a little bit and use the natural light...read full review
This Panera is definitely not as good as Wabash Landing or the one in Lafayette. The floors are frequently sticky and dirty. They need rugs in front of the drink machines for sure. The coffee is also not brewed well. The decaf is usually darker than the dark roast, which is consistently weak. I had this issue at another Panera and had to complain multiple times on the app until they adjusted the brewing. I agree with other reviews there are issues with service.

This Panera fundamentally fails to deliver a good experience. They just took over 10 minutes in the drive thru to give a simple drink. Not rocket science! If there’s someone with a large order, you tell them to move forward and it will be brought out to them. This is the 4th time in recent memory this has happened at this Panera; needs to be addressed from a corporate level.
