Pretty poor excuse for a sandwich. The pictures make everything look very good. The sandwich was mostly bread and two tiny pieces of bacon. The cinnamon roll we received was very hard.

This is the first time we have been here after more than 15 years visiting the branch at Indianapolis.This time, they use the computer terminal to order in advance, and the food is not salty nor sweet, although the salad is not a taste for my wife, but in general, we think they are healthy and taste great

Honestly, the worst Panera bread I have ever been to. I have placed five orders at this specific Panera location and all five have been incorrect. The items were either made incorrectly or totally missing ingredients altogether. After speaking to a manager, I understand completely why there are issues at this location.

This Panera fundamentally fails to deliver a good experience. They just took over 10 minutes in the drive thru to give a simple drink. Not rocket science! If there’s someone with a large order, you tell them to move forward and it will be brought out to them. This is the 4th time in recent memory this has happened at this Panera; needs to be addressed from a corporate level.

Ordered delivery. Was not the delivery that I had an issue with. The whole entire order was wrong. Forgot the bread bowl for my onion soup. Ordered a chipotle avocado sandwich and it looked like a chicken salad sandwich. The bag was not breeched therefore Panera does not know how to read orders apparently. And the slip had a check mark so they do not double check orders. I knew it as soon as I saw the bag because the bag was way too small to have a bread bowl in there.
First time visiting this location, Warren did a wonderful job in explaining what I was ordering, I think there could have been more to the salad but it was okay for what it was, I actually dumped the broccoli cheese soup on top of my salad which made it taste even better, the dining area is very clean and the cooks and service all together was very fast and everything was hot and fresh, I think they could dim the lighting in the dining area a little bit and use the natural light coming through the big bay windows in the front of the building, that would be easier on the customer's eyes, plenty of parking, wasn't real busy so that made it easy to stop and order something, also not many fast food restaurants use actual dishes, I thought it was unusual to get silverware but I do appreciate it and actual glass plates, very rare for a chain restaurant, very happy with everything I will be back

This Panera is definitely not as good as Wabash Landing or the one in Lafayette. The floors are frequently sticky and dirty. They need rugs in front of the drink machines for sure. The coffee is also not brewed well. The decaf is usually darker than the dark roast, which is consistently weak. I had this issue at another Panera and had to complain multiple times on the app until they adjusted the brewing. I agree with other reviews there are issues with service.

I would like to dub Panera as the BEST food I've ever tasted in the US. Not only is it not salty, but its chicken is also juicy with the original essence skillfully perserved. While the flavor of chicken soups needs improvement, Penera is alreay the best in the US.
