Chicken Chow Mei Fun is so good. The beef and broccoli is top tier. The orange chicken needs less orange peel bits but is still very good. I will get the gyoza every time. I want the spring rolls to be 25% bigger than they are, but only because they’re so good. Literally my only actual “complaint” is that the sweet and sour sauce hasn’t been good any time. Either too sour/vinegar-y or too watery. But they have delicious food otherwise. I have always claimed to not like rice but their fried rice is just so good. also the guy was still nice to me when i was late picking up my order and they were closing, so it was very cool of them to be cool about my tardiness.

Went in today around 5pm trying to order some take out. There is no other customer there. The owner refused me because I have a dog with me. He claimed it is a legal restriction by the health department. A clean and sanitary restaurant would never say that. Have they been cited by health department? The place does not look clean.

Out of all the American style Chinese restaurants, rice cafe is one of the best. The food is pretty good quality and prepared properly and very quick. The service is just as good if not better. Though there are tables and chairs to eat inside it's quite cramped. As well if you come here during there busiest time it's tough to get in to order because of so many people standing around inside waiting for there food. Lastly the prices are ok but it's more expensive than going somewhere like panda express or even any other Chinese restaurant but it's still worth the price because of how well the food is prepared. In all I would recommend coming here but if you want something less than 30 bucks for two then I would definitely recommend looking somewhere else.Parking: Parking is very very limited and the parking lot across the street is technically by permit only and I have seen restaurant goers get their cars towed.

Our order was placed online. We arrived approximately 5 minutes before it was to be done. Crab ragoon was cold and very tough. Chicken was EXTREMELY tough and stringy! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! This deserves ZERO stars.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Place used to be an absolute craving.. now it has become the worst, most vulgar food ive had in ages. It needs to be closed. An empty chinese buffet with cold, old, and untouched food would have been better. Please dont make the mistake i just did for 37 bucks of food im tossing in the garbage where they found it.

Overall a good experience, fairly cheap. Portions that can last at-least two meals. Honestly it

Egg soup smelled rotten and was unsatisfactory. The number on the website did not work and neither did the website online order. I was finally able to make an order through door dash and was disappointed with the food other than the rice that came with the beef. Will not be ordering from here again.

I give up at this point. I place my order online and it’s never right. My order comes with an egg roll I get a spring roll. I ask for white rice I get fried. It’s seriously not that hard. I don’t think they care at this point about getting orders correct and just collecting money. Food quality has gone down hill. Just not worth the time any more. Might as well end up like Echo like the last bunch and close all together. 1 out of 5 at this point.
