I was not even greeted, not even from the cashier taking my order. The order was mostly correct on the ticket, but that was, by far, the worst Carmel Frappuccino I've ever had in my life. The heavy cream was not substituted for the milk but rather poured in at the end. I also had to ask for the Carmel drizzle on top, which was also on the ticket along with Carmel drizzle in the cup. And all I kept getting were "looks" from the serving staff.
This is one of the worst Starbucks in the greater Lafayette area. They're constantly out of everything. And they will automatically adjust your drinks to save themselves money. I usually order a matcha, and a grande matcha latte has 3 scoops of matcha. Whenever I order in person, they reduce it to 1 scoop without my knowledge. This has happened multiple times. Worst service. Every time I have been here something had gone wrong, they would either say your order is not in their system, give you the wrong thing, and try to justify the wrong order, and they would not let you scan your rewards nor try to fix it. Aggressive attitudes and long wait. Bad management. Very unpleasant experiences.
